Williams was first raised by her father, a Brooklyn firefighter, and then her mother (who lived in Tribeca Manhattan) after the separation of her parents when she was very young. The junior high school she attended was in Chinatown New York high school located in Chelsea and attended Nazareth College in Rochester NY.
